Add consumables

Open Consumables in the sidebar, then Consumables catalog.

Do this first

1. Add consumable.
2. Enter Consumable, Cost, and Stock.
3. Add consumable. New items are Active.

Also on this page

• More actions → Activate / Deactivate: a deactivated consumable still counts toward your plan limit and cannot be chosen in service cost setup.
• Adjust stock: Stock in, Stock out, or Set to.
• Stock history: review stock in, stock out, stocktake, service consumption, and balances.
• Track stock: whether service consumption deducts stock.
• Allow oversell: check Track stock first; stock out and consumption can go below zero.
• Low-stock threshold: the list marks Low stock at the threshold.
