Subscription and SMS

Open Billing. Business owner and Manager can change the subscription.

Plan

1. Check Compare plans. Current plan marks the one you are on.
2. Upgrade, Downgrade, Switch to annual / Switch to monthly, or Cancel can be done online on this page.
3. If you cannot change the plan online, Contact sales to adjust it.

Plan limits at the top shows usage for the Current plan — stores, staff, customers, appointments, and more. Check it before you upgrade.

SMS

• SMS credits shows what you have left.
• Buy SMS packs depends on the store region. Some regions do not support SMS.
• When credits run out, OTP and reminders can still go to email if the client has one.
