Checkout

Open Payments. Create stored-value packages and session passes on Marketing and Put on shelf first.

Do this first

1. Pick Open checkouts, or New checkout for a customer or Walk-in. From an appointment, use Appointment actions → Checkout.
2. Add service and change Qty. For items not in the catalog, Add item and enter Custom item and Unit price.
3. Add payment or Quick collect. For a customer, pay with Stored value, or Use pass for Pass redemption.
4. Complete checkout. Print receipt if needed.

Recharge and Passes

• Recharge: choose the customer and a stored-value package (or Custom amount).
• Passes: choose the customer and a session-pass product.

Also on this page

• If Enable store commission is on, choose Performance staff for each line.
• Stored value and session-pass redemption need a customer, not Walk-in.
• After a successful Checkout, Recharge, or Passes sale, the customer can get SMS or email with remaining stored value or sessions.
• Recent lists recent checkouts, top-ups, and pass sales.
• Void checkout only when the whole ticket must be cancelled. Change items or payments before you complete, not by voiding later.
