What business owners, managers, receptionists, and specialists can do.
Open Staff, then Team members. Set the role when you invite or Edit.
Roles and permissions
- Business owner: brand and store, billing, and all store tools.
- Manager: day-to-day operations and billing (by permission), including subscription changes.
- Receptionist: Scheduling, customers, and Payments.
- Specialist: mostly their own schedule and performance; cannot change settings.
Also on this page
- Set on leave hides them on the schedule. Their role does not change.
- Change a role with Edit. Login email cannot change.
If you run the store alone, stay as Business owner. You do not need to invite anyone.
