Invite staff

If you run the store alone, skip this. You are already on Team members after signup.

Invite only when you have a Receptionist, Specialist, or another Manager: open Staff, then Team members.

Do this first

1. Invite member.
2. Enter Invite email and Role, then Invite member.
3. The Invite code is sent to that address. Ask them to open the email.
4. They sign in with that email, open Notifications, enter Invite code, then Accept.

• More actions → Set on leave / Return from leave: on-leave staff are unavailable on Scheduling.
• Edit: change Display name, Phone, or Role. Login email cannot change.
• Archive / Restore: archived members cannot sign in to this store.
