Staff performance

Open Staff performance. Business owner and Manager can change settings. Receptionist and Specialist only see their own performance.

Do this first

1. Open Settings, then Store commission.
2. Turn on Enable store commission.
3. Edit Service commission %, Top-up commission %, and Pass-sale commission %, then Save settings. Optionally add Base salaries.
4. To change one service, Edit it under Service commission rate overrides. That opens Service commission; choose Custom, then Save override. Store default follows Service commission %.

View performance

1. Open Performance and pick the month.
2. Open a person or Performance actions → Details to see Summary and Commission breakdown.
3. Export CSV if needed.

Also on this page

• Service commission % is the store default; Service commission rate overrides change one service only.
• 0% means no commission for that type; you can still assign Performance staff for sales totals.
• Assign Performance staff on checkout, recharge, and pass sales.
• Unassigned this month has no Performance staff. View, choose someone, then Assign so they enter that person's totals.
• Receptionist and Specialist only see their own performance.

Commission here is an in-store estimate. AURUM ONE does not run payroll or tax withholding.
